About Us
For thousands of years guys who knew a lot of stuff experimented with a thing called electricity and tried to find cool things to do with it. They might have used it for electroplating coins, they might have used it to charge statues for a truly religious experience – can someone say “Arc” of the Covenant? But it wasn’t until the 18th and 19th centuries when guys who knew a lot of stuff started doing really cool things with electricity.

Alessandro Volta who used 30 miles of copper wire to shoot a pistol in Milan from his home city of Como. It was the 18th century equivalent of texting someone :(

Well here at Wattme we don’t know a lot of stuff like those guys. But we know guys who know a lot of stuff and they’re still finding really cool stuff to do with electricity. And that’s what Wattme is: a place to come to get cool electronic gadgetry that makes your life better, neater, more fun, more portable, greener too – yes we like greener - and in general bring you things we have that we think you should have.

Every week we feature one product and sell a limited amount of that product. If we don’t sell out by the end of the week then we throw that product into our archive for the Johnnys come lately to purchase at their leisure. If we sell out then you have our heartfelt apologies and we suggest you join our mailing list for next time; in fact, that’s just a good idea regardless and you can do that by clicking here.
